Born and raised in northern Sweden near the province of Lapland, where, during the summer months, the sun never sets and during the winter it ceases to rise - Lovisa grew up regularly witnessing the splendor of the northern lights from her bedroom window. Being fully Swedish, her roots are deeply entwined with nature, the seasons, and a strong, active lifestyle that builds profound bonds within families. Lovisa started modeling in 2023 while living in Israel. Her boyfriend happened to be the son of former supermodel Michaela Bercu, and he encouraged her to try her hand in the industry. Her proclivity for the job was immediately apparent. Before this, she had a long career as a soccer player that spanned from age 5 to 19. Modeling was the perfect next chapter. After booking with many major Israeli brands, Lovisa walked in Milan Fashion Week, and soon was working full-time in New York. Most recently, she has collaborated with Gooseberry in Costa Rica and walked for L’AGENCE at New York Fashion Week. She is regularly featured at Free People and landed a shoot in PhotoVogue last month. She is the cover girl for the March issue of Harper’s Bazaar - her dream come true. After modeling for only two years, Lovisa has made huge strides, working from London to Milan to Australia with a multitude of brands and styles. Her history in sports taught her endurance and determination, and it has paid off. When she is not working, Lovisa loves surfing, skiing, and hiking in the mountains, especially the Dolomites in Italy. She is passionate about health and nutrition, practices yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. She finds so much joy in nature and its gifts, and is here to live fully and with gratitude.
