Hailing from Nacka just outside Stockholm, Gylling grew up splitting her time between city life and summers at her family’s rustic island cabin in the archipelago. Modeling has been her dream for as long as she can remember, and after being scouted as a teen, she signed with Mika’s and began working full-time at 18. Since then, she’s brought her effortless Scandinavian cool to campaigns and editorials across Europe and beyond, from her first lookbook in Barcelona to shooting for Samsøe Samsøe in Copenhagen and her debut campaign for Australian label Nude Lucy. She also recently made her editorial debut in Spain’s Sicky Magazine, a creative milestone that affirmed her growing presence in the industry. Beyond modeling, Josefine is a certified hairdresser, an emerging painter, and a wellness enthusiast who stays balanced with yoga, Pilates, and long summer walks. She loves themed dinners with friends, thrifting with her sister, and time outdoors with her family and their dog. With her refined beauty, creative drive, and natural on-camera ease, Josefine brings a fresh spark to every project she joins.
