Aila’s versatility and striking looks stem from her Austrian and Filipina background as well as her childhood spent between Austria, Cambodia, and Tanzania. Having loved clothes and the fashion industry as a mode of self-expression all her life, she started modeling when she was just 13, accompanied by her grandmother to all her jobs. Since those early days, Aila has walked in many incredible shows, including Jean Paul Gaultier and recently Skepta’s brand MAINS. Aila’s love of fashion goes beyond modeling, and when she isn’t on the runway, she is working on creative direction, from building concepts to producing photo shoots.
