Dominican beauty Rossy Herrera was scouted at the age of 14 - she was first discovered in her hometown, walking down the street nearby her school. At the age of 18, Rossy moved to NY where she continued to grow and become one of the most sought out Latina models shooting campaigns for Fenty Beauty, Bare Minerals, La Mer, Levi’s, VS Pink, Ann Taylor Loft, Vince Camuto, Macy’s, Otto, Nautica, Old Navy, Mark and Spencer and more. And recent editorials in Vogue Mexico’s March issue shot by Andres Burgos and Tush Magazine shot by Christine Hahn Rossy supports the Jack Brewer Foundation, which helps serve the under privileged in Haiti, she has taken multiple trips to the country which shares the same island as her own country Dominican Republic. She values working with the kids in the orphanages and schools supported by the Jack Brewer Foundation as well as helping the environment by planting trees in Haiti. She takes pride in donating money and her personal time to give back to these communities that are severely underserved. Rossy’s personal story is quite dear to her heart and her essence. At 11 years old she lost her mother and at 21 years old she lost her father. She had to teach herself perseverance at a young age, and has always guided her life with positivity in her thoughts and her actions. She says, “there are people out there that are in worse situations than me.” She continues to strive to inspire others close to her by her story but has never come public with it.
