At 18, Emily Kasten moved from Arizona to Hawaii on a whim, where she learned to surf and worked as a zip line guide for a year before being scouted. She made her career debut in the Spring 2021 Gucci ready-to-wear campaign, shot by Glen Luchford quickly becoming a favorite of Alessandro Michele for seasons to come. Equally impressive, Emily has graced the pages of Purple, Holiday, Modern Matter, V, WSJ, SSAW and Vogue Singapore and recently shooting Coach's Winter 23 lookbook styled by Olivier Rizzo. With her youthful energy and buzz cut, Emily balances her soaring modeling career with her other passion: acting and directing - recently producing a full-length documentary about families, childhood development, and human connection.
